Let’s build something thoughtful.

1.

Why Me?

  • Whether it’s a self-service travel funnel or an internal fibre outage tool, I enjoy untangling systems and journeys that don’t yet make sense. My background spans fintech, telecoms, and travel—industries where messy legacy tools and customer pain points are the norm.

  • I love shaping design processes and rituals that help teams thrive in uncertain environments. From scalable documentation to async critique, I’ve helped teams move from chaos to clarity.

  • I design for impact, not just aesthetics. My work has contributed to doubled revenue, improved CSAT and NPS scores, faster bookings, and fewer support calls.

2.

How I Work

  • Design is most powerful when aligned with Product and Engineering. I partner closely across disciplines to connect OKRs, delivery, and user needs.

  • I move comfortably between roadmap and UI. I bring momentum to initiatives, and clarity to chaos, without losing sight of the humans behind the metrics.

  • I’ve supported mid-weight designers into senior and lead roles by fostering ownership, confidence, and collaborative practice. I build cultures that grow with care.

3.

I’m Autistic
and That’s a Strength

  • Being diagnosed later in life helped me understand the strengths I already leaned into: systems thinking, deep focus, clarity-seeking, and empathy for the overlooked.

I design with neurodivergence in mind, from reducing cognitive load in interfaces to supporting inclusive team practices. I believe diverse teams design better—and that includes cognitive diversity.

  • Harvard Business Review highlights neurodiversity as a competitive advantage in innovation and problem-solving.
